This includes text, images, graphics, code, and other content protected by copyright, trademarks, database, and other intellectual property laws. You may display, copy, download, or print portions of the material for non-commercial use or to place an order with WellBean AI. Any other use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

These Terms do not grant you a license to use any trademark of WellBean AI or its affiliates. You further agree not to use, change, or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Service.

Billing and Payment

Fees for the Service will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Service.

A valid credit card is required to use the Service. You shall provide WellBean AI with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize WellBean AI to charge all fees incurred through your account to your payment instruments.

If automatic billing fails, WellBean AI will issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within a specified deadline.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of Your Data. We do not claim any ownership over Your Data except for the limited rights necessary to provide the Service. You give us permission to perform activities such as hosting, processing, or sharing Your Data at your direction or as required to administer the Service.

Our Service may track user activities, including time spent on categories, to improve user experience. Such data is anonymized and only shared with third-party applications via API keys or OAuth integrations with explicit user consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Termination

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any issues will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellBean AI disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

WellBean AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
